collapse categories
The ability to collapse a category by date (someday, upcoming, etc) is no longer available with the new version. It makes it incredibly difficult to move around items.

Absolutely agree, it is frustrating that this feature was removed

Just started with Any.Do and immediately see this as a needed feature. Before I sink time in this app are there any suggestions to another app instead?

I want the collapse feature within the folders, too! I've created my own timing folders, because I don't like how Any.Do automatically moves "tomorrow" items to today once the day changes. Now, I can only see one folder at a time and it's so hard to move tasks between folders. So, same theme as other comments, but I want it back for folders so I can see them all in one page and then just collapse the folders where I don't want to see tasks.

I agree with this - I kept today's area open, and selectively opened and closed the tomorrow and future areas. Drives me nuts that I see everything right now after the update.

Agreed, you've got to bring back the ability to collapse the categories. It's way too stressful otherwise!!!!! Why would you take away a feature like this, makes absolutely no sense. Don't remove features when they have additive and no dilutive effects, not a smart product development strategy.

I agree. The whole appeal of Any.do was the ability to simplify and focus on TODAY. Seeing all the tasks for tomorrow and beyond without being able to collapse them is counterproductive and stress inducing. Might as well go back to only using Things where I have more function and more control. Very disappointed in the latest versions. Super buggy and now diluted focus.

I chose this app because I need to be able to collapse the categories! I get confused and stressed when I see all tasks at the same time. Please bring that function back!
