Labeling, Dating and choosing the correct list with "shortcuts" from task naming like in Todoist.
For example:
"Sending a message to omer the COO about the supply on the 19.11.25 #low_energy #phone [Business]"
Will add the task "sending a message to omer the COO" with a reminder on the 19/11/25, with labels low_energy and phone and will add it to the list business.
Hopefully will work from all platforms and even the whatsapp bot
