Can you please allow uploading custom background images?

Work restrictions (security) prevents accessing custom backgrounds. My work browser theme settings for colors clash with the few backgrounds I am able to access. Not sure why I can only access a few built in backgrounds but assume those dont need the internet access to install/select. Adding the ability to upload or install custom background, or change backgound color only would be much appreciated. Thanks!
