Reminders: Disable pop up
Can you make an option that will allow us to disable all disable pop up notifications with one button?
With changes coming to Android Q, the pop up will be adapted to show only when tapping the reminder’s notification :)
As Any.do is always optimized to comply with the latest Android version, we will not be expanding this compatibility to previous Android version.

This is getting dangerously out of control now!! This popped up and moved my Google map to the background while I was driving in a highway. Almost crashed trying to get rid of it and bring back the map... Missed my exit though.
Anyone has any better option? Preferably an app with a more responsive developers. -

Am about to uninstall this app and use an alternative because this is so annoying.

Same problem. I have dismissed tasks I had lots of info in and therefore lost all information. Placement for top or bottom should be provided. Bottom placement over keyboard area with powerfull tools is not a good idea.

I just found this idea already exists. I'll leave mine here to direct traffic of anyone who reads. Please search "Reminders: disable pop up" and support that idea.

So many times I'm in the middle of typing on my keyboard when suddenly the reminder task bar (snooze, delete, focus, done) appears on screen in the same exact place as my keyboard. Subsequently, I end up tapping an option unintentionally. That usually forces me to go into the app to see what I accidentally did and correct. It would be helpful if there was an option to choose where you want the reminder bar to appear. The top of the screen underneath the notification bar seems like an ideal second option, or maybe even going down vertically. I've had the app just a few days and I've already tapped an unwanted option four times!

Since any.do doesn't respond at all for this annoying as hell problem, does anyone know a good alternative to this pop up forcer? Maybe then they'll think twice

I agree but apparently no developers are reading this or they don't care. Oh well, on to another app. Too bad cause otherwise I was loving this one

Please allow pop-up notifications to be behind phone app so that calls may be ended or transferred without having to deal with pop-up notifications first.

I agree. Please make a way to disable or postpone or at the very least move pop ups to another position. Pop ups shouldn't block what I'm trying to do in another app (like hang up the phone). It's very annoying and frustrating.

STOP THE “REMINDER” POP UP WHEN THERE ARE NO REMINDERS, drives me nuts.

There are times that multiple reminder popups are queued, including the Moment reminder. If I choose to start the Moment, the other queued popups show on top of the Moment. This leads to selecting an option in the reminder popup, and then selecting another option for the task in the Moment. This leads to some confusion, as I am not sure if the two different responses might conflict or lead to an unexpected state. Additionally, there is an extra annoyance of essentially answering the same question twice.
For instance, in the reminder popup, I might choose "Dismiss" or "Snooze", but in the Moment I choose "today" and select a time. As a user, I don't intuitively know what the end result of these combined actions would be. -

Please allow us to choose where the popups appear! I am constantly dismissing or marking tasks as done because they pop up while I'm pressing buttons in another ap!

If I am on a call and a reminder dialogue window appears, it overlays the dialer app and prevents me from using the functions of the dialer, such as hanging up, until I have snoozed or completed the task. The dialogue should be movable so that the dialer can be used it it should go to the background so that it doesn't overlay the dialer

Please fix this! I like using your app. Even haven't downloaded anything yet. I've bought paper planner from this review: https://onplanners.com/planners/best-planners-goal-setting
One of the main reasons I like to use a paper planner to get organized is the ease of its use. Even if you’re tech savvy and don’t have any problems navigating apps and programs, digital planners still have a bit of a learning curve.

Do not allow popups while using the phone. Just make a noise.

Yes! Please allow me to disable the pop up while NOT disabling reminder notifications. I don't want those pop ups up show up while I'm recording video with those stupid dings coming through on my video.

I would love the ability to simply disable the pop ups but still get reminders in the OS notifications. Specifically in Android, where the notifications work really well.
