Tasks: Add due/end date w/o time
Please let us add due dates without times! I just wanna clean my room on Sunday - I don't care at what time!

I NEED to see duration estimates! I have ADHD and I love being able to use My Day....but I really need to see on the My Day page how long I think each task will take - something that can be sorted by estimated time. Otherwise I have a long list with no prioritization. I need to see estimated time and priority tags in My Day!

Why is this not available yet? Seems so obvious that it's needed.

Please allow us to set a due date that is separate from the reminder date and time. If my due date is a week from now I might want to get reminded 2 days before or every day until then

People have asked for variable duration for tasks, I would like to enhance that with a zero duration as well, possibly with a default start time.
It is Sunday morning as I write this, I have a number of tasks that I need to get through today, the time doesn’t really matter.
When I look at my day view, it says “5 tasks” at 11 o’clock. I can’t see what they are unless I click on that “event”.
I have my default duration set to 30 minutes but it won’t let me separate the tasks by less than an hour, so if I space those 5 tasks out, it looks like it will take me 5 hours.
I would like to see a “to do” list of 5 zero duration activities starting at 11.
Hope that makes sense. -

Add duration for each task so it will appear in calendar from the time needed of the task and duration, so the user can know how to plan for each day and not put much tasks than the ones can complete.

This feature is critical for me, the calendar is hard to track without adding constant reminders. Any plans or updates on this?

The idea to add a start and end time so it will show in the calendar and spare this time for the task and when go focus it will give the same duration for focus. I always do not finish the tasks as no duration specified

I would like to be able to add a due date (and sort on the app by due date) without necessarily having an alert / notification for it.

This would be incredibly useful. I've been trailing AmazingMarvin for this reason and found the ability of being able to set a due-date (which adds a task to the calendar) separate from a reminder time I found really helps with planning workloads.
If I can see on a given week I have x-amount of tasks due Friday it helps to plan them out during the week without creating or setting a reminder.

Totally support, dear devs, please include this into next release.
There's no quick way to just add task for specific date(for example for tomorrow) without reminder
because to achieve that, I need to add task, specify date and time, it will create task with reminder, then I have to find that task and turn off reminder.
It's very painful flow, and I would be really happy to see that feature in next release!

I totally agree with the suggestion as I was planning to present it myself. I simply want to set he day of the task without setting the time if it's not an exact event
Therefore, I just spend time setting the timer I don't need! Update will be highly appreciated -

This would definitely be useful. As it is now, everything has a time assigned to it so when you're viewing the calendar on the web version it's a complete mess. If times are not assigned, then they should go into a section for that day called "Anytime" or "Unplanned". "Anytime" section has been implemented in Memorigi so it can be done

I think it is just a common sense question. Each task must have a due date, the date in which the task must be accomplished, and a reminder date, the date in which I must be reminded about the task and its due time.
For instance, if I have an appointment with the doctor on Monday at 18:00, I need to be reminded in advance, for example the same day at 9:00 or the day before. Otherwise, I will miss the appointment. -

Yeah - this would be so useful and make me more efficient - I'm considering switching o asana to use it (but the plan my day feature is too good!)
I've tried to do a work around with tags but it doesn't really work well - can't total up hours, can't see them at a glance. -

This would be very welcome. Please add some default / customizable time slots like 5m, 15m, 30m, 60m, 3h, 8h. Which should be directly selectable without popup.
This feature will allow the app to give an estimate of the time planned for the day and can show if you have planned to much, or if you might have time for some other tasks for the day or week.
Thx!

Yes! I have used other apps as well with less pleasant interfaces but I love any.do, and having this feature would make it near perfect for holistic scheduling! I still find myself bouncing back and forth between apps but would love to just stick in any.do, and having the ability to see reflected time allotments within the agenda view on the calendar itself would be awesome (the drag and drop possibility a major plus as well!)
