Tasks: Display full title on mobile
When typing in a task, what I've typed is no longer visible a certain amount of characters. I'd like to see the entire task description. The text should be wrapped to display the full length.
The desktop allows viewing the entire title now :)
On mobile we're saving real-estate for optimized display but might look into further modifications in the future.

Wrap feature must implement in the application for every aspect. It might be for TITLE or SUB TITLE or BODY. As only due to this I’m stuck and not able to use it completely and get depends iPhone Notes application. Though I never wish to leave this application at any point but they are not understanding which is giving critical impact than other features to implement. I don’t know when they will understand the real problem we are facing., rather getting votes to work upon it.

any.do on desktop is nearly flawless to be honest, however using a phone in meetings can be a pain , as you can see in the picture, you don't see the whole line with any.do, you need to click on each and every task/project that has more than 6 words.
could you make an option to have tasks , be it main or subtasks , to show the full line, by making it 2/3 lines if needed ? they way most competitors do (todoist, ticktick, trello, microsoft to-do). example of ticktick making 2 continous lines in order to make it readable -

Using Any.Do from quite long but this feature which lacks and should be in by default list. Kindly add this option.

This would make using any.do so much easier. I frequently end up needing to rewrite my tasks so the most important info is at the start which isn’t good when I want to use it as a quick and convenient jot notes to do list

Same for calendar event titles please. For long event titles need to slowly scroll to see full title and edit. Wrapping longer text as typed will be great (frankly necessary to retain this user). When typed title text exceeds one line, the box should expand to accommodate the text, and allow the user to touch any point to edit at that position. The expanded text box (or a large part of it) should stay that way when editing an event in future.

Yes! This is the one and only feature that I really wish Any.do was capable of doing. Please add more lines so that I can view my entire task without having to click to see more of it

Subtasks are very important part of GTD method so it is reasonable to wrap text the subtask field to effectively make them work, the more detailed each subtask the more accurate the overall task will be accomplished and in a more productive manner.

The task list pane + details pane is useful but it doesn't take advantage of the screen real-estate on a desktop. This is quite annoying for tasks with long names. It should widen if there is sufficient real-estate and allow the user to drag the desired relative width between the two panes.

If the sub task text if larger than the input field, it should increase in size so everything is visible.

In the phone app, would be helpful to be able to see full titles when viewing tasks in a list. Any longer titles are truncated and so you need to click on the task to see the full title. Ideally, only the longer titles would have a smaller font (smaller titles that aren't truncated may end being too small...).

As a user I would love to have the option to resize/wrap the tasks/subtasks edit boxes. If the subtask description is long then there is no way to see the complete description which is a pain.
There should be an option to set font size/color as well for better user experience

Some of my notes are long. Currently, i see 3 dotes at the end of the line. I want to be able to view completely in 2 lines.

or allocate more space to it. For example, I want to create a task "write reviews of Milgrom and Segal papers, and of Chiara's JMP" but I only see the first five words of it which is annoying. I'd really love to have several lines visible.
Thanks,

This is fairy straight forward UX defect. It is a right pain in the backside

by the way. this would also make the search feature better. example.
Let's say I want to find all tasks I may have inserted the text "(high)" or "(product orientation)" in.The more text I can see in the tasks blocks the better. -

Calendar view is good. but so much wasted space in each task block. can't we wrap text there so I can at least see more than 40 characters this drives me nuts. (w medium pg zoom) I also add additional context to my notes such as <email> <website> etc. as I add my own labels to task titles I get even less space to write the text in and have it shown.
I understand making things easy on the eyes, you have done a great job with that.
