I'd like some tasks to be set relative to the time I clear it, for instance like having a task that pops up every 30 days, but if I clear it 5 days late for some reason, the next recurrence of the task is not 25 days after I clear it but rather 30 again. This would be useful for things like reminders for me to refill a consumable that I just don't have time to get to the store until later.

I cancelled my premium for lack of this.

I love everything about this app except for this. Will likely be a deal breaker and have to cancel premium subscription.

Is there any update on this? Like other folks have said, basically all my recurring tasks are things that need to be done every X number of days and without this feature I'm constantly editing tasks manually. I've got premium but seriously reconsidering not renewing if this isn't resolved at the end of my subscription.

I think about this almost daily. This would be a game changer.

It's slightly disappointing that this is languishing here after five years.

This would be super useful to me. A lot of my tasks are cleaning tasks, and if I'm "late" with vacuuming, it'd be helpful if the new recurring due date was reflected on the completion date. Maybe an ability to toggle this on/off (recurring from completion date vs. recurring from set date)?

I also wann this function. Nearly any task, which need Repetition depends in the Date of the Last completion...

My Aquarium needs top bei cleaned every 30 dass. But when i am 29 dass late, it didn't need ti be cleaned tomorrow again...

The Same with cleaning of evrything, changing the oil of the Car And so on....

I concur with this. It seems like I have the exact same problems with every todo app I try, this being one of them, the other being the ability to set tasks to expire. I really honestly don't get how hard this is. I would pay for a todo app that covers all our needs in a heartbeat. Have my fingers crossed for any.do, because so far I like them the best.

Just paid for the premium account to find out there is no recurrence from date of completion. Very disapointed.

Most of the other Apps out there seem to have this option now. I personally find it very useful.

Agree this is a Dealbreaker for me. Been using ToDo Cloud with that feature. It is imperative that injections, meetings and other importing repeating reminders are based solely on completion. Let me know when this is implemented.

Yeah, I was looking at switching from a Paid ToDoist account to here... but that's a showstopper requirement for me. Ah well. Hopefully they'll add it.

I wanted monthly reminded after 30 days of completion, not on same date. Like monthly hair cut or nail cut. If i skip days, i wanted next occurance delayed

This is still the only reason I haven't paid for premium and switched over to this app.
