Hands Free Voice Control
Most important would the ability to add items to the default list without touching the phone,
Me: "OK Google, add to any.do."
Phone: "Bleep, OK, what do you want to add?"
Me: "Blah blah blah."
Phone: "BLEEP You want to add Blah Blah Blah added to any.do?"
Me: "Yes."
Phone: "OK."
Better would be to add it to a specific list.
Me: "OK Google, add to any.do Groceries"
...
Phone: "OK, lettuce, tomatoes and onions added to Any.do Groceries."

Google Now support is already enabled :)

it is already there, just say "Ok google, note to buy groceries" and if any.do isn't the default notes app, just change it (you'll have to do it only once).

agree, google makes it simple with custom voice commands API. would like to see this so i can add tasks while driving!
