Integration with Apple Reminders is now released and available on iOS :)

  3. Add to Calendar without having to use Cal.

The calendar integration is great but not for users who are dedicated to using another Calendar. I have tried to use Cal twice now and I never fell in love with it. I think Calendar integration should be linked to your email, not a specific app. I think that be a massive improvement.

  6. I need the ability to make calls from Any.do

I normally list telephone numbers in each task. I need to click on the number (link) which would connect to my phone app and auto make the call.

Any.do released Action Icons that link specific tasks with calls, emails, or texting :)

  7. Highlight when a note/file is attached to the main task

When I am sharing a task list with someone else it would be helpful to be able to see all notes or attachments that have been added. Even as just a picture next to the task. This way we can see that something has been done in that task. These should stay there for the entire time the task is still in a 'to do' state.

  9. Direct dial from to do item

When I write "call Bob Stanton" as a to do, and Any.do actually finds bob's phone/contacts in my iPhone - why can't I just click on that "to do" and get Bob on the line?

  10. Native cal integration

It would be awesome to have the calendar integrated into the actual native app experience, as opposed to having to open an entirely separate app. Or at least an easier way to access the calendar from within the app.

  11. Reminders: Location reminders without time

As it stands now, location reminders must be linked to a particular time as well in order to be repeating reminders. I am trying to establish new habits to save time and be more efficient, like checking the mail right when I get home instead of whenever I happen to remember. Being able to set recurring reminders based only on locations would be a useful habit-shaping tool.

  12. Allow undelete of tasks

Either by mistake tasks are checked off as done or a task becomes something that is to be repeated... PLEASE allow undelete!

  13. Integrate functionality with google apps, not just native iOS clients

Despite having an iPhone, I run my life through google apps (gmail, calendar, drive, maps) as the native apple services aren't as robust and don't run as well as Google.

I would suggest you provide integration with google suite (not just the native iOS clients) to make integrating any.do into your life even easier. As of now, my biggest issue with Any.do is being forced to leverage iOS clients in-app... and that's a BIG issue.

  14. Views: Weekly Task Views

There should be a Task List view where you can see all week days subcategories.

The app support the option to view the calendar in a weekly view but this view is not supported at Task list, where you can see only Today, Tomorrow and Upcoming.

Every weekend I try to plan my tasks for the week and not having a weekly view makes harder to distribute and mensure how many tasks I have each day, since all tasks that I'm not planning to do Today or Tomorrow are put together at Upcoming subcategory.

Besides that, adding tasks for the…

  15. ChatGPT/AI Assistant

Use an AI chatbot for task reminders, motivation, and to add new tasks. For example:

C: Good morning! What are your top priorities for today?
M: (enters tasks - essentially starts with My Day)
C: Awesome! I'll check in with you later this morning!

    (Around 11am)
C: Hey how's the progress on X task?

    (Option 1)
M: Ugh, not good, I got derailed and haven't started.
C: No worries, it happens, what is one microstep you can take right now to get started? 💪 (Eg science behind habits - if you want to run a marathon, start by just putting…

  17. Associate reminders with apps

It would be great to get a pop up reminder you set, such as "Email Bill", and be able to jump into the app right from the reminder.
Customizable associations, i.e. if the reminder contains the word email then suggest the Gmail app in the pop up reminder.

  20. UI: Disable completed tasks counter

When you remove a task from a list, a bizarre counter increments at the bottom of the iphone app and then disappears. There is apparently no way to turn this off. I'm not sure what thepurpose of this 'feature' is supposed to be?
