    The percentage of task completed shown only when a task is opened needs to be also shown on the task preview.

  4. Support snoozing of workspace reminders

    When I get a reminder for something in a worspace board, there is no way to snooze it. That's one of the things I love about any.do but now that I'm using boards it's no longer availble.

  6. Workspace Tasks: Auto-save notes

    In the Mobile App, when adding text to a Task’s Note, please find a way to make the text autosave. I have lost a lot of work I did in the Notes section because something happened that caused the Notes window to close before saving it.
    It may be that Any.do cannot make the text autosave as the Task Title does and/or as it does on the Desktop or Browser/Web. But at least make it to where the Note window either autosaves whenever it closes or make the Note Pop-Up unable to be closed until it asks you if you…

  7. phone number component in teams

    Hi.
    For menging the sales pipeline perfectly. it is a must to have a click-to-call component of the client number right from the app.
    When we receive the lead, the information is in text, and it is unlikely that we will be able to work like this without a direct click to call.
    Now we need to copy the number to the dialer and then dial.

  8. Workspace Integrations: Google Assistant

    Please integrate GA into Workspace lists. You can already integrate with Google Assistant and manipulate your PERSONAL lists, but you cannot add anything to or have anything read from your lists in Workspace lists. I realize this becomes more difficult since it's not just a basic list, but I think it still be a heavily utilized feature for those that use GA.

  9. Project boards for personal use

    Can we add projects that aren't connected to work in any way as an option under lists? "My Projects"
    There's plenty of projects I want to do at home that have many subtasks and different parts that are in progress.

  10. My Day: Exclude lists from Suggestion Cards

    I adore the My Day feature. However for it to really be useful we need a way to exclude/filter certain lists from the suggestion cards.

    For example: In 'My Lists' I have a list named 'Todo' and a list for 'Groceries'. Currently every item on my grocery list clutters the suggested task list for the 'My Day'.

    Proposal on how it could function: Within each individual list you currently offer a 'more options' menu. Could you please just add a setting/toggle in that menu that shows/hides that particular list from the 'my day' suggestion cards, with an initial default setting…

    Go to the suggestions area, click the menu icon on a task from within a list you want to exclude and tap on "Don't suggest from this list"
