Add "Saved Filter Sets" ("Filter Rules") to the Filter Manu so that we can save any filtering settings / filter rules and restore them later.

For example, I would like to switch between 4 Sets of filter settings, each enabling items with certain tags, without having to click all these multiple tags on and off each time. To save these filters I choose them, and then go again to the Filter > Filter Sets > Save filter set. Now I have to put in a name for this Filter Set (e.g. "Marketing" or "Project Junicorn" or "Theos Overdue"). Then I can do the same with different Setting of filters, and afterward, to restore a Filter Set, I just choose it from this Filter Sets Menu

It would be somehow similar to "Views" in Strategic Roadmaps (formerly Roadmunk), there you can stack different filters and save them as views (you can also save in such Roadmunk Views the kind of view itself, like kanban, table, or Gantt – if that would be possible, it would be perfect, but it's not a must. The filter settings Saves are.)
