Smart suggestions on which task to work on first
I’d love to get smart suggestions on which task to work on first and when, based on deadlines, priority, and my schedule.

Automation: Set 'Start/due date' from creation/completion date
Automatically include the start date when creating the task, and the end date when marking the task as completed.
Currently, the start date can only be entered if the due date is written beforehand. However, there are tasks that sometimes don't have a due date as such, but we still need to calculate the task's execution time, so it would be helpful if these were done automatically.1 vote -
Tasks: Copy Custom Field Content When Duplicating Tasks
Hello everyone, does anyone else need this option?
When you duplicate a task that has custom fields, the content of those custom fields is now cleared by default. I need the ability to keep that content when duplicating a task.

Automation: Add 'creator' under 'assignment' options
The option to assign the task to it's creator by default.
In a project view, I usually look at a fitered view of the tasks - so that i can see only my own tasks.
When a new task is created, if i forget to assign it to myself, the task will be hidden from view untless i remove the filter or search for the task. if the tasks can be set to automatically be assigned to the creator, it would solve this issue.1 vote -
Tasks: Add Notes indicator
Present the notes of the tasks for the view of the list sorted by time.
For now in the view of the list sorted by time there is no possibility to view that task has some notes.
I need to click on the task to see what is inside. Perhaps there could be a flag that give possibility to display small text with note under the name of the task. Even if there is no space for the whole note even part of it would be fine.

Automation: Add 'task overdue' trigger
I have a suggestion for automation. In the board, we have the automation feature—could you add a new one? For example: when a task is overdue, move it to a specific section (this is already available). It would be really great, so all my overdue tasks will be in the same section and I can review them at a glance.

Product: Custom Fields for Checklists
Custom fields are available only in tasks, not in checklist items. Major usage gap. This limitation poses a significant challenge for us. It is crucial to group a set of rows under a checklist to ensure that both the parent task and the associated checklist are in standard format.

Automations: Cross-boards automations
If I have a Sales Board and a Lead or task is sent to a section as "won" then it triggers an automation duplicating or sending that task to another board called "onboarding". An automationfor this would be great

Gantt View: Advanced Features for High-Precision Workflows
The current time display in the Gantt view is a good start. However, for my specific use case, I would need some additional features to work efficiently:
Advanced timeline zooming

Boards: Allow for a default board/column
I would prefer to stop using personal list completely and have everything in Workspace – but I can't because the app, the widgets and so on are focused on the personal part (sure, I understand why – but still, that adds difficulties to workspace users).
Still, there is one thing that could be done, to change this situation a little bit: if we could choose a Workspace Board and Column as a default list, it would open a to more possibilities in the Use of Workspace boards.

Boards: Detail task view for Kanban
Using the Project Management template, you cannot see task details at-a-glance. Some way to visually see which category a task belongs to, or other task details, without having to click on each task would be awesome.

Add Automation trigger "due date": Make this trigger available for starting an automation, when, for example:
– task gets due
– due date for task is today
– due date will be tomorrow
– due date will be this week
– due date will be during next 10 days
– due date will be in next 2 weeks

The "due date" works only for "My List". Adding it also to "workspace" will help us tremendously

know how many tasks meet a certain filter, section, date, label, complete, pending, etc.

Product: Save automation rules in board templates
Now all automation rules are lost in the template. And I have same rules for all boards, which use this same template. And I have to add the automation rules separately to each and every board that I create using my template.

Board Tasks: Indicate section in the 7 Days/All Tasks views
Show task columns in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" for workspace tasks (now it shows only the board name). Please let location of the workspace task in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" show not only the space > board information, but space > board > column
