How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Change color of Google Calendars

    The colors do not transfer well into Any.do. I would like to be able to change them in Any.do.

  3. For Alerts, have it take up the whole page like samsung calendar

    Create an alert for events and tasks and have it operate like Samsung calendar where the alert takes up the whole page. It comes on even when you sign into your device

  4. Tasks: Pause reoccurring tasks

    It would be nice to pause reoccurring tasks until a future date. For example, when I'm on vacation pause my tasks to water plants until I return home. This prevents needing to remake the task when I get home but keep my task list relevant.

  5. Product: Add Calendar Export

    I would love to be able to capture and export the whole calendar so work tasks and events can be seen on month view in sheets or docs etc.

  7. Add an option for completed task to stay in place and not sink to bottom

    Add an option to just tick the task and not sink to bottom
    The task should not fade to gray and task should be on the place it is
    Only the task should be striked

    Add the option to decied whether it will sink or not.

  8. Add Proton Calendar

    I'm trying to phase out my Google account and have switched to the more secure Proton service. It would be nice to connect the two.

    have a a little sun icon at the end of the task title for it to be added/removed from my day when on "all tasks view"

  10. It is not possible to add tasks from calendar any more, only events. I wonder if you could bring that back?

    It was easier for me just to use calendar and from there add both events and tasks. Now I need to log out to main menu, get to the list of tasks, add it and then get back to calendar. And also it seem to be not possible to complete tasks from calendar either

  11. I really need to see Notification longer!!! Notification should dissapear when I click on postpone or done

    For me is very very critical, when I am not on a computer and I didn't see a reminder, I basically miss it. So, it appears only for 2 seconds and dissappear.
    I need to see it even if I missed on desktop.

  14. Automatic Scheduling and Goal settings Like Google Calendar

    Automatic Scheduling and Goal settings Google calendars previously had this feature.
    We could select a skill or goal from a list of activities or Enter own activities and calendar will automatically schedule this GOAL as per our preferences. It even postpones this Task by learning our preferences
    It was very important lot of google calendar users are annoyed when they discontinued this feature

  15. Select lists to appear

    It would be great if I could select the lists that I want to see (for example with a checkbox or switch button).
    So for example, I have 5 lists and I want to see only 2 of them and hide the other tasks.

  19. Custom list hot button

    Have a button at the top of every screen in the app that allows you to go to a list that you specify it links to. Like, I'd set the button to grocery list so I can go to it at any time with one press.
