  1. I would like you to reintroduce the time and date when a task is created.

I need the task creation date and time to understand when I created it.
Before, there was this feature, now not anymore.

  4. My Day: Sorting

Add a sorting option in My Day, so that when you add your tasks for the day, you can choose to rearrange them by either "time" or "list" (just like regular task lists).

Or, you can make it so that when you add your tasks, they are already sorted by time if the task has a reminder set.

Pretty basic but I think this would 2x efficiency and make it easier to know what to do next, especially if you have a lot of tasks like me, and it ends up taking some time to either sort them manually or…

  5. customizable view

Firstly, I'd like to express my gratitude for creating such a user-friendly and efficient tool. Many of us, including myself and a circle of acquaintances, have seamlessly integrated your application into our daily routines.

However, there's a small tweak that could significantly enhance our planning experience. A majority of us set aside Sundays to map out our week ahead. But with the current "last 7 days" view, we find ourselves unable to see and plan for the Sunday of the following week. This minor limitation hinders our ability to fully optimize our schedules.

Would it be possible to introduce a…

  6. New tasks should automatically sort in the existing sort criteria

Currently, if you add a new task, it can only be added as an un-timed, unsorted task. There should be time and date built in to the new task option as the vast majority of tasks need to be timed or the app would have little point. Then when you add the time/date reminder it stays at the top of the list, even if it is timed later than other items in the list. This means that you have to make a third operation to get it into your chosen order. All of this is diametrcally opposite to the time-saving…

  7. [Critical] - Dependency betwen tasks! (I haven't found it on the forum yet.)

Sometimes I have tasks (with their sub-tasks) that are already planned, however, the prediction of carrying them out depends on me completing a more important task. However, all tasks are in my view and causes a bit of visual clutter and confusion when pulling them into my day. I wish there was some way to create a dependency between tasks, for a task to be hidden (or almost hidden), hidden, and only appear when that most important task is completed.
Thus a cascade effect in which a completed task unlocks others. that would only exist when this main task was…

  8. ChatGPT/AI Assistant

Use an AI chatbot for task reminders, motivation, and to add new tasks. For example:

C: Good morning! What are your top priorities for today?
M: (enters tasks - essentially starts with My Day)
C: Awesome! I'll check in with you later this morning!

    (Around 11am)
C: Hey how's the progress on X task?

    (Option 1)
M: Ugh, not good, I got derailed and haven't started.
C: No worries, it happens, what is one microstep you can take right now to get started? 💪 (Eg science behind habits - if you want to run a marathon, start by just putting…

  9. Expand natural language options

Please expand the natural language ideas. I appreciate that there are a few things that can be done, however there is so much value in natural language input.

    Using a prompt like:
    Call John tomorrow at 9:15 /work #calls

Is great for setting a reminder, assigning to a list and a tag. Thank you, it's helpful.

Please consider adding more options to give options for recurring tasks for example:

Call John every tuesday at 10:30am
Call John on the 2nd tuesday of the month
Send John a birthday card on march 2nd each year
Water neighbors yard every morning at…

  10. adding tags to a task in whatsapp

I like the whatsapp integration. It would be great if the bot could recognize hashtags in the text as tags and atribute them to the newly created task. Or, that bot asks about adding tags the same way how it asks about a reminder.

  12. Adjustable Font Size of Tasks

The font size when you open a task is very big. Possibly it can be a little bit smaller or adjustable. So you have more information on the „tiny“ phone screen similar like Note Apps.

  14. Habit Tracking / Analytics

Mark a task as a habit, which provides it additional analytics for tracking purposes. It would naturally be reoccurring but the reoccurrence might have more options.

Essentially it's a task with more robust tracking. You could mark that you want to drink 8 glasses of water a day, study a language X times a week, workout for a total of X minutes a week.

So while some might be a simple "yes I did it" others might be a counter that you tap- where once you reach the goal it could mark it completed, green, or something (though you could…

  15. I would like to also set an end time for tasks (from 9am to 10am). That would make it so much easier to time block my calendar.

Right now you can only set a start time for each task.

If you could set it that this will be done between 9am and 10am, it would make time blocking much easier.

Calendar could show the whole time block as used up. Right now each scheduled task takes about 15 minutes from my calendar - thus I have no idea how much time I need for it.

  16. Auto save

We need a auto save option, there are so many times when tasks and sub tasks just don't get saved, it's extremely frustrating.

Once I have typed a subtask and hit enter and I move onto the next subtask it should automatically auto save.. Sometimes even after hitting save it does not save the sub tasks.

Auto save should be enabled app wide!!!

  17. Feature Request: Implementing a Centralized Task Table View in Any.do

Greetings! I'm Shayan, representing a digital agency that utilizes Any.do to streamline team management and task organization. We've effectively compartmentalized our clients and projects across distinct boards. However, we believe that a centralized table view encompassing all tasks from every board would significantly enhance our workflow efficiency. This table should include a dedicated column indicating the corresponding board for each task.

Tell the user of adding a task at a particular time when at the same time there's another task to be completed. just like calling two persons at the same time isn't feasible or giving two exams at the same time etc

  19. Suggest all task in calendar view

In calendar view, only unscheduled tasks are shown. We need the ability to see all tasks with filters as in My Day view. Calendar View is powerful and I tend to find it far more useful than my day view
