When creating a task, it would be very welcome to direclty see and select all available tags. Quickly adding a task is not very quick if you have to open a popup first and select a tag. Maybe it could be an optional feature so users can select what options they want to select quickly. Opening a popup is just one step too much when adding a task quickly. Same goes for selecting the list.
