I'm not sure, maybe I'm overly sensible, maybe it's because english if not my first language...
but when you ask "What seems to be the issue" this seems to imply there is no issue, that just my perception of things might be wrong (so that I think there is an issue when there is none).

I understand that this might often be the case - but OTOH it also makes me feel that my report might not be taken serious enough ;)
