Show tag names
It would really appreciated to see tag names, not only colors.
Maybe you could add the option to enable/disable showing tag names.
I think this would specially helpful in the mobile versions.

Agreed. How is this not an option already? I can’t recall what the tags are by just having a color. Write out the name of the tag in the color block when in your list!
