Sharing: Share list order
This is important when assigning tasks to staff. If there is a large list of things to do on a project, I'd like to organize the list by priority and for my staff to be able to see that order.

I love my tags to help prioritise my daily tasks. Priority, urgent, deadline, not so important etc
But once I have my list for the day, it would then be nice to use my tag priorities to reorder my list, so that I can have my urgent items first, down to my not so urgent. Help me organise my tasks better. -

I would like to see alphabetically, as well. I might not ever need it but it should be there just in case.

When listing tasks in calendar view, also show label colors. These label colors indicate priority.

Ability to sort lists differently, for example "sort by: oldest completed task, newest completed task, add date, personalize priority" drag and drop sorting
I have been using this for case management and I would be really handy to be able to sort lists by how active I have been with each one. -

I completely agree. We use this operationally to keep up with our "to dos"....
Please consider adding this

Currently, rearranging items (press, hold, move item) in a shared list is only device-local, other users dont get the same order when they watch the list. Would like to use it for quickly defining priorities.

You can even make it configuration

I agree otherwise everyone has their own priority

I find the current "ALL" list to be useless. On the other hand, each day I cull all of my lists for the highest priority items and jot them down on a piece of paper. It would be great if I could replace the "ALL" list with a digital version of my daily paper-based to-do list.

I work with many lists. In fact every client is for me a separate list. So I may have 6 or 7 lists. But there is also a priority for each list because some clients I deal with later in the year through workshops, others are more imminent. How about creating the ability to give each list a priority number, e.g. 1 would mean top priority 2 less than one etc. And that this priority number would reorder the list in the overview e.g. on desktop or App.
