UI: Add zoom / resize for desktop
I would like to zoom or resize so that I can drag and drop without having to scroll as well as get as much onto one screen as possible. There is a lot of wasted space of both the app and on the PC.
The desktop apps now support the option to zoom in and out using the command +/- keys :)

There is so much room! You can use this space more efficiently to see more of what is going on. I like to put the due date as part of my task title so I can see it at a glimpse. When I do this, it makes it impossible to see the whole task.

Please add an option for condensed view.

Also in calendar, text boxes of one appointment are mostly empty and only some first letters are shown. Now we have to click it open to read. See attachment.

PLEASE add this feature, organising a long list is so frustrating when you can only see 8 things at a time! Particularly shopping lists. I tried using the new grocery autosort function, which was almost good but changing categories for the "other" items is really slow and actually makes the situation worse because of the extra real estate taken up by the category headings and spacings. Surely such an easy fix to allow a "compact" mode? Otherwise as soon as I find an alternative app which allows shared shopping lists and alexa integration I'm going to switch, sadly.

The old format showed a lot more tasks on this one. Most of my screen is now white space and I spend half my time scrolling and now have no real way to get an overview of my tasks. Revisit previous layout and 1) Put tasks a little closer together to reduce white space 2) Make task list start further up the screen. White space on the sides is fine but this white space = I don't know what I have to do today because I can't even see most of it. Help!!!

I love the white space... the clean open approach is one of AnyDo's Unique Product Distinctives.
Yet, I can see why some people might want more list/less white space.
A toggle or setting is cool... but please to clutter it up -

Viewing emailed tasks currently I can only see 9 lines of the email at a time. The other 2/3 of my screen is blank. Really annyong as the emails include a lot of coding / website lines to Wade through looking for the content.

There is so much white space in the web and desktop app, it’s very frustrating to scroll through longer lists.

Maybe just an option for it. I like the spaciousness of it, but I can understand wanting to see more on screen at any given time.

Agree, especially inside of the web interface it's too big. I would welcome to have it more compact

Please reduce the vertical size of each cell in the My Lists View! I very much dislike the fact that I must swipe the screen to see the 7th item in that view. Or would you have me believe that most people have no more than six lists?
I do like the two column scheme. But making each cell one inch tall? Come on! Is that really necessary? Looks to me like a VERY EASY SOFTWARE FIX. Please do it asap. At least give me an option, i.e., Regular View or Concise View. THANKS :-).

+1 I would love to see more rows on the screen, and the ability to expand and contract to see sub-bullets without clicking into the item

I agree, it would be so much easier to use if more items were visible at once

Agree. This app wastes a lot of screen real estate, where as a lot of information can be put in the same space yet can be organised well

On web view the rows have thick padding and with long lists this involves a lot of scrolling to find or review what there is. It would be very helpful to reduce the line height or the padding of each row so more rows are visible on the screen - less scrolling.
Other than trying to make each item stand out on its own, there is no need for so much padding. Its annoying when you want a quick look through. I don't write lists on a lined piece of paper while skipping every two lines between each item.
This in conjunction with some colour coordination for priority items will help too.

It is a ridiculous waste of space both on the Android and web versions. I can only see 9 items on a page and am quite fed up with all the scrolling. The program will flourish if it provides effective utility for busy people, not through wacky aesthetics.

seconded; as-is there's the same amount of vertical space between the today/tomorrow/etc headers as there are between the tasks themselves which makes it harder for me to see whats supposed to be a header and what isn't.
