I'd love the ability to assign a color to each of my different lists. For me, each list represents a different client. Sometimes I'm doing the same or similar tasks for each client. That way when I am looking at the "All" list (which is what I usually work off) I could see which clients I still need to "Moderate Twitter" for based on color, without clicking on it and opening up the task.

Best to do it via a drag and drop feature (for prioritization of tasks)

I always want to know what's the next single task to work on now.
With 2 levels of priorities (or even with 5) I can only create group of tasks by priorities.
By I want to sort all my tasks individually, not in a group.I need the ability to define which task is #1, which is #2 etc., and then a view that present all the tasks by their individual priority, so I can really focus.
This 1:1 priority-task relation and focusing only on a single task is an advice I've learned from Warren Buffet.

Let's go beyond this level. Not just 5 priority groups instead of the 2 currently avaiable, but endless number of priorities - each task can get a unique priority, where only one task can get priority 1, one single task proirity 2 etc.
This way we can know what to focus on next - just the single task with the highest priority.
BTW this is Warren Buffet advice... -

This is a must have feature. There needs to be an easy way to visually group tasks in the "All List" based on the each task's assigned list.
Then a sightly different feature but within the same ballpark is visually grouping tasks when in list view. For example, if I created a "Work List" that has a number of tasks I need a way to categorize similar task. A color/label/tag would allow me to easily see my Admin Tasks vs Design Task vs other task and so on.

It is really helpful and much more productive, for example:
- “Phone calls”, “Emails”, “quick task” etc.
- “Name of someone”, “Priority” etc. This way we could best manage our time and know what to do in any given situation.
Thanks! -

Awesome concept!

This is dearly needed. I want to use Any.do so bad, but can't because there's no way to put a task into multiple folders, or simply tag. See Wrike.

can't agree more. This is one of the reasons I paid for the premium product. I thought it was included when it talked about "themes". This is an easy/cheap feature that needs to be added. I used 3 of my votes for this.

it will be so nice if it's also integrated with Google keep .

It would be great if the badge only showed tasks that have exceeded the due date as opposed to the number of tasks due on the day

I have a Study & Work list, but many projects going on at the same time, would be great to categorize tasks with labels or tags by project. Labels or tags would also make possible for people to categorize tasks in custom named priorities if they wanted to (and those labels/tags could have a color also).
Obviously would be awesome to have filters in task lists by label/tag. -

+1 for color coding of lists AND tasks!

Agree, would like to put tasks under more than one category at a time or have another dimension other than category that you could organize tasks by.

In Evernote, I can add tags to cards that categorize them, like by client for instance.
I have a work list in Any.do, but I have about 10 clients I work on. I want a way to better break up tasks in the Lists by client. I don't want to have to create 10 different lists.

Create task from OneNote, ad files from Onedrive and enable sorting and search with tags.
