  1. Differentiate between Delete (delete a list) vs Clear tasks (delete crossed off tasks) or Restore Deleted List

    In the options tab after opening a list, change “delete” to “Delete this list” then add a final pop up confirmation to confirm PERMANENT deletion of the list!! to make it obvious it’s going to delete your entire list permanently. I just accidentally deleted a long standing and important list of recurring reminders thinking I was deleting all crossed off tasks (your equivalent of clearing all completed tasks) and I can’t get it back.. perhaps keep deleted lists on a separate “deleted lists folder” which will be removed after a week or 30 days etc similar to how you save…

  2. Sending customized reminders on whatsapp instead of just task name

    Reminders received on whatsapp are just the title of task, there are no details included such as sub tasks, footnotes etc. Instead of using task title for reminder message, kindly develop a function wherein user can customize a reminder E.g - For a task of shopping the user can customize reminder message on whatsapp as : " Don't forget to buy groceries".

  7. Must have true delete, not just archive

    Deleting/Archiving all end up in the same spot and they STILL contribute to completed/archived totals.

    We need to truly be able to delete something that won't be remembered nor contribute to analytics.

    The web and apps are very confusing with their logic on Archive/Delete.
    And truly there is not even a delete on the web.

  9. Adding Sublists is absolutely critical for a productivity system

    I understand any.do is trying to keep todos as simple as possible which is great. I want something that's simple and easy to use. BUT organization is absolutely crucial and that's what sublists do. Yes you can add a million tags to each task to break them down but that becomes a mess which defeats the purpose of keeping any.do simple.

    Any.do has a great software but you have to think... Technology keeps advancing. We have so much going on in our lives nowadays. We have so many things we need to capture. Our brains can't hold and remind us…

  10. New tasks should automatically sort in the existing sort criteria

    Currently, if you add a new task, it can only be added as an un-timed, unsorted task. There should be time and date built in to the new task option as the vast majority of tasks need to be timed or the app would have little point. Then when you add the time/date reminder it stays at the top of the list, even if it is timed later than other items in the list. This means that you have to make a third operation to get it into your chosen order. All of this is diametrcally opposite to the time-saving…

  11. Multiple selection to move several tasks

    Hi, I want to suggest to Any.do that they add something very simple, but very necessary; That the select function also serve to move tasks and not only to delete. For example, in multi-columns/dates view; It is often necessary to move tasks between days and too much time is wasted, because you have to do it one by one.
