Integration: Multiple Apple reminders lists
I love that iOS reminders syncing support is now offered, but I have many many lists for many purposes.. and now Any.do is jam-packed with items from the reminders app.
It would be quite helpful if I could specifically select which lists are synced (like the selection mechanism for calendars). Currently there are 2 states - sync all lists with reminders or sync no lists. Maybe there's some middle ground in there :-)
*Sync both ways Apple Reminders <-> Any.do

Notes: Enable line breaks
Notes currently don't allow you to generate separate lines, meaning no separate notes all in one.

Badge: More options
Badge numbers showing overdue tasks would be great. Currently it only shows for all today tasks even if the task is set for a later hour.

Attachments: Add files from iOS file chooser
So, good looking app, easy to use, very complete. I'm ready to jump on board the paid subscription. Except for this one thing:
Why are we limited to Dropbox for attaching files?
At work, we are restricted to OneDrive. At home, I prefer Google Drive as a more powerful solution at a better price.
Instead of restricting us to Dropbox, integrate with the existing iOS file chooser so we can use whatever storage app we have installed. This is a win-win...win.
1, I get to choose where I want to store my files, rather than having YOU choose for me,…

Product: Add Spotlight Search
On iOS, spotlight can do search inside an app, if the app lets it.
A lot of the time I am looking for something I noted to myself. I search for it, but it can't find inside your app.21 votes -
Calendar Search
This app desperately needs a calendar search feature... right now it only exists for tasks. I have literally had to open my google calendar to search for an event I could not track manually in this app. That I had to work around this with another app is what makes me hesitate from any subscription...

give option to turn on or off default alarm
please give the option for me, the user, to decide whether or not i want the time/alarm reminder as default every time i create a task. i prefer the old version where i set my own alarm only when i want to. the current version is annoying because for every task i create the alarm is turned on as default, i’d have to click on it again to turn off the alarm, every time!

Calendar: Add option for time blocking
Hi, there is a productivity technique called time blocking. Basically, blocking out time on the calendar for activities. I’d like to see the ability to add a task (not just a calendar item) that spans a specific time range, i.e. 15 min, etc rather that just AT a particular time. Moonshot would be for AnyDo to use AI to determine over time how long these types of time blocks are actually taking.

Add Notification alarm to Focus Mode - iOS
In Focus Mode, it would be good to have an Alarm Sound when the Focus Timer is complete.
Currently - It only shows the "Awesome" screen, but there is no sound to draw my attention.11 votes -
Have a “Due Date” that will show up on calendar while allowing reminders that it is upcoming
Having an actual due date in conjunction with the reminders. For instance, if I have something that is due in a couple months, I may want a reminder in a month to get started on it if I haven’t already. The reminders are nice but a Due date as well would be very helpful.

Make calendar time blocks more visable
When glancing at Calendar the time slots are barely visible and it would be good to see time blocks. When adding an event, it would be good to show you are overlapping an event

Customization: Customize badge display
Customise duration for app badge like task within one week. This can enable people plan their tasks in a week. I do not like to show all tasks in my app badge and only today task. I am like stucking at the middle. Hope can show number of tasks in app badge in a week or month.

Export completed tasks
I need to export only completed tasks at the end of a week. This feature is so important but I don’t want to stop using Any.Do. Great app!

Automatically sort "Upcoming Tasks" by date
Hey team!
I have seen you flagged this idea as inappropriate several times for other users.
I know there is an option to sort by date and the tasks are then perfectly sorted in 3 groups, which I personally find really useful. But I need to have the tasks inside this groups sorted too. I do it manually now since it is the only option I think I have, but i would love it if it could be done automatically.
Thanks in advance ;)7 votes -
Calendar view in desktop version
The desktop application should have a calendar view similar to that found in the android application. When working on a computer I like to have the any.do desktop app available to keep track of my work related tasks, however to see the calendar view I have to use the app on my phone. This is not optimal.

Put a red circle around today’s date
It’s never clear at a glance what the actual date is today. There’s that little black box at the bottom, yes, but a simple red circle around the actual date today makes it easy reference to see where you are today whilst keeping your eye on the actual monthly view instead of having to keep glancing to the bottom of the screen to reference the date today. Also when you swipe to another month and then swiping back to this actual month, a red circle around today’s date makes it easier to identify the month you need to stop swiping.…
